Service Description

Coaching consultation involves a dialogue first. Please inquire about a FREE initial conversation to get the ball rolling. After the conversation, a small exercise will be assigned as a base assessment to develop a custom program. ​​ This package then includes up to 5 hrs usually in 30 minute increments of coaching in email and video conference. This package includes one project or a series of small projects for the work goals discussed.
